**Motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager**:
**Job description**:
For us, the best result means always wanting to score 100% on guest satisfaction. To achieve this, all aspects of the restaurant have to be outstanding. Therefore, we are looking for Assistant Restaurant General Managers to join the Restaurant General Managers in providing day-to-day management in our KFC restaurants.

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management in a KFC restaurant, running the restaurant independently in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. A position that is not only about coordinating the restaurant's day-to-day operations, but very much about maximising profitability. During your shift, you will be in charge of 7-25 employees. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will speak to guests, answer any questions from Team Members and Shift Leaders, handle product purchasing, maintain the safety of our staff and guests and keep all personnel records. You do all this in compliance with the following core tasks.

**Job requirements**:
- You work and think at the general secondary education (ASO) level;
- You exude self-confidence and can effectively handle different situations;
- You coach and support everyone to get the best out of themselves;
- You dare to delegate tasks and are confident they will be performed correctly;
- You put the guest first by ensuring meticulous operational execution;
- Your aim is to exceed every target;
- You are eager to learn and share your knowledge with others;
- Working together is the best way for you to achieve results;
- You motivate and inspire your team by expressing appreciation for successes achieved;
- You train and coach new employees appropriately and provide a proper induction;
- You possess good oral and written skills in Dutch and English;
- You possess good communication skills (oral, written, listening, mediation, presentation, motivational and interviewing);
- You are willing to work weekends, evenings and public holidays;
- You have a good numerical understanding, experience with cost control and know how to manage these aspects accordingly;
- You possess leadership skills (coaching, developing, collaborating, motivating, influencing & showing appreciation);
- You have organisational capabilities in managing operations;
- Business planning and evaluation;
- Problem-solving and decisive;
- You have knowledge of safety regulations relating to food safety, W H & S and the environment;
