**Zurich Product Care**

As part of its Global Venture mission, Zurich has identified a strategic opportunity in the area of protection for consumer electronics and household valuables given the increased importance that these devices have in our customer digital life, and the sizeable market potential of this line of business.

Zurich Product Care business unit mission is to help individuals to protect the products they love and use everyday.

Our objective is to modernize the $72 billion-per-year extended warranty and protection plan industry using cutting-edge technology, and top-notch customer service

We do this by partnering with retailers, telcos, OEMs, brands who manufacture and distribute consumer electronics and household valuables to provide a frictionless purchase experience and a superior service in providing assistance.

Embedded insurance players, such as the ones served by Zurich Product Care, are leading organizations that tend to operate in multiple markets integrating protection services into the product they offer to their end-customers internationally.

To provide them with a consistent service experience and create standardized processes across markets Zurich has created dedicated organizations offering a few interfaces to reduce complexity and facilitate integrations.

**What you will do**
- We are now hiring the Head of the MGA. The position will be based in Belgium and reporting to the Chairman of the Board of the MGA.
- The Head of ZGV MGA solution will work in a highly cross-functional environment with senior leadership, senior management of Zurich local business units, ecosystem partners, Chief Commercial Officer, Underwriting, and Customer Experience, to directly impact Zurich’s revenue growth and strategic distribution partnership initiatives.
- The role is accountable for product distribution operations and insurance revenue, working with Zurich business units and third party carriers to seek capacity, and managing supporting services and systems via internal resources and partnerships with TPAs.

Given the operating model that relies on third parties for functions such as claim management, the role will also be responsible for coordinating the activities of operational control, technical analysis and third-parties audits.

The right person will have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage tight timeframes and cross-functional relationships as well as operate in the complex environment of a regulated insurance distribution entity.

**What you bring**
- Master’s degree in Business or specialized bachelor’s degree in insurance or equivalent type of education such as FSMA’s insurance distribution exams for persons responsible for distribution
- 5+ years experience in leadership or executive position in insurance related services and relevant P&C expertise
