**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation and follow-up of a **roadmap** for business-led data products
- Guide **multidisciplinary teams** (Business & IT) in setting up high-quality data products
- Act as **SPOC** between business and IT
- Coach **Data Product Owners**, **Domain Owners**, and **Data Stewards**:

- Set up and facilitate **communities of practice (guilds)**:

- Help improve and implement **data governance processes**:

- Support **stakeholder meetings** and deliverable preparation
- Lead **data quality initiatives**, if needed

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Proven experience** in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Mesh
- Strong **stakeholder management** and **change management** skills
- Good understanding of **data technologies**, **data platforms**, and **architecture**:

- Able to **bridge business and IT**, and communicate with both technical and management profiles
- Analytical, structured, flexible, and pragmatic mindset
- Team player with strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in **Dutch, French, and English**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
