The **Data and AI Transformation Manager** will play a key role in managing and strategizing data-driven initiatives. He or she will lead the DAnA business unit, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholders to maximize the business impact of data projects across the organization.
- Prior managerial experience of at least 5 years.
- Significant experience (10 years) in one of the following sectors: analytics, customer insights, management consulting, digital transformation, technology.
- Expertise in providing guidance, support, and development opportunities for team members.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, understand their needs, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to articulate ideas, goals, and feedback clearly to various audiences.
- Capability to define a long-term vision and align team efforts with organizational goals.
- Experience in change management.
