Your Profile:

- Education: Minimum Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant job experience.
- Language: Fluent in English (business language).

- Knowledge on product development and complex product design structure/configuration
- CAD: confirm drawing release in PDM system
- Project Management: managing complex projects: global stakeholders, complex product (automotive, aerospace, technology), large organizations and challenging budget, quality and timing constraints.
- Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps.

**Team/division description**:
Engineering Data Management (EDM) department is part of Research & Development Technical Strategy, Planning & Operations division at Toyota Motor Europe Technical Center in Zaventem, Belgium.

Our division supports R&D mission by ensuring availability and optimal use of resources in required quantity, quality and timely manner by providing engineering data timely and correctly to all involved parties.

**Your responsibilities**:
As EDM specialist, your role will be to collect overall project & vehicle development information for planning, kicking off & improving engineering technical information and data release processes related to: RFQ for vehicle system & components, BOM, 2D & 3D release scheduling with up/downstream divisions & Toyota Japan to ensure project targets are met.
