Om deze missie verder uit te dragen en de service naar onze klanten toe nog te verbeteren, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Accountant met een focus op klantenservice voor tijdelijke ondersteuning van ons Finance Team. Ben jij een accountant met een passie voor boekhoudkundige taken die eveneens graag in contact staat met klanten? **Wat wordt jouw missie?**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen van onze klanten per telefoon. Dit gaat voornamelijk over het verschaffen van informatie over betalingen of reacties op betalingsherinneringen, maar kunnen ook andere vragen betreffen.
- Klanten die een geschil hebben kunnen op jouw rekenen voor de boekhoudkundige opvolging.
- Je voert diverse administratieve taken uit, zoals het updaten van bankrekeningen van klanten, activatie van domiciliëring en opvolging van terugbetalingen.
- Met je kritische geest en constructieve houding probeer je het dagelijkse werk continu te verbeteren. Je draagt dan ook bij aan de automatisering en digitalisering van verschillende processen binnen de boekhouding. Stoot je op een andere opportuniteit? Dan kan je die gemakkelijk identificeren.
- Je verrijkt en verbetert onze klantengegevens door een uitstekende klantenservice aan te bieden en de databases bij te werken.
- Samen met je team streef je ernaar alle doelstellingen te bereiken.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardig door combinatie van opleiding en ervaring.
- Een eerste ervaring met een klantendienst of binnen de verzekeringssector is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een echte problem-solver die steeds klantgericht werkt met een proactieve aanpak.
- De soft skills zijn je op het lijf geschreven: je communiceert vlot, toont gemakkelijk empathie en staat altijd klaar met een luisterend oor. Dit alles combineer je met fantastische telefoonskills.
- Je bezit over sterk analytische vaardigheden en staat open voor nieuwe ideeën.
- Een veranderende omgeving is geen probleem voor jou. Jij bent immers leergierig en past je gemakkelijk aan.
- Je kenmerkt je door je steeds dynamische, gemotiveerde en positieve houding.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler met een constructieve mindset.
- Frans of Nederlands: je kan je steeds behelpen in beide landstalen.
- Je bezit een basiskennis van MS Office-toepassingen.
