Vacatureomschrijving
- Reporting, in direct relation with the Financial Director;
- Business Controlling:
- Project Control
- Kick-off meeting for new projects
- Coordination of budgetary control with third parties
- Implementation of budgetary control for projects abroad
- Project Management Points with Project Managers:
- Budget control review, analysis, follow-up and discussion with Project Managers
- Support and assistance in the process of acquisition, merger, disposal and sale of projects/companies.
Functie-eisen
- You have a Master in Finance/Economics.
- You have a minimum of 3/4 years’ experience in audit.
- You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, methodical and analytical, and you are able to handle stress.
- You are autonomous with regard to the assigned objectives while favoring teamwork.
- You have a real interest in property development.
