En tant que technical support, vous serez amenés à:

- être un spécialiste apprécié du service après-vente
- établir des devis et élaborer des projets en collaboration avec l'équipe de vente.
- suivre de près les nouveaux développements sur le marché de la mobilité électrique.
- assurer la formation des distributeurs et installateurs. Vous échangez des informations techniques et commerciales avec vos collègues régionaux.

Profil recherché

En tant que technical support, vous:

- avez une affinité pour l'électricité et la technologie. Des notions de programmation/configuration et des réseaux sont un atout.
- Vous avez un niveau d'études bachelier ou expérience équivalente.
- disposez d'une certaine expérience professionnelle (en tant qu'assistant commercial) ou vous êtes au tout début de votre carrière professionnelle
- Vous êtes orientés solution, aimez prendre des initiatives
- Vous avez des notions de néerlandais (oral) - niveau B1.

Notre client est situé dans la région de Liège et est un importateur des matériaux d'installation électriques de fabricants.
