We believe that at SolaX, an international organization, your career can grow to new heights.We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Belgium to support our customers, installers, and partners across the BNL markets.Job OverviewAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as the primary technical contact for SolaX's Belgium and NL customer base, providing advanced support for solar inverters and energy storage systems. You will be responsible for remote diagnostics, installation support, issue resolution, and technical training. Fluency in French and English is required, and knowledge of local industry standards is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer SupportProvide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners via phone, email, and remote access tools.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with solar inverters and battery systems.Guide users through fault diagnosis and resolution procedures.Installation & CommissioningReview solar and battery system designs to ensure compatibility with SolaX products.Assist with remote commissioning and configuration of installed systems.Issue EscalationCollaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.Document and escalate recurring product issues to the appropriate departments.Training & DocumentationConduct technical training sessions for installers and distribution partners.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.Product & Process ImprovementIdentify trends in technical issues and suggest improvements to products or support processes.Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and regulatory requirements in BNL.RequirementsEssential QualificationsFluent in French and English, Dutch will be a plus.Technical experience with solar inverters, PV systems, and/or battery energy storage systems.Previous experience in technical support, field service, or technical engineering roles.Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms, remote diagnostic tools, and communication protocols.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of BNL electrical codes, solar standards, and grid connection rules.Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Experience working with installers, EPCs, or distributors in EU.Personal AttributesStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a global team.What We OfferCompetitive salary and employee benefits aligned with Belgium market standards.Opportunities for training, professional development, and international collaboration.A supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking work environment.How to ApplyIf you're passionate about clean energy and want to make a difference in a fast-growing global company, we'd love to hear from you.
