Field Service Engineer – Analytical InstrumentationBrussels, BelgiumWe are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Service & Support team at our Technical Center in Brussels.To support the continued growth of our activities, we are seeking a Service Engineer (m/f) to provide customer support for our Sample Preparation and analytical business unit, serving XRF, XRD, ICP, CS, TGA markets.Your responsibilitiesInstall, commission, maintain, and repair analytical and sample preparation systemsProvide on-site and remote technical support to customersProduce timely, accurate, and detailed service reportsDocument technical processes and service proceduresCollaborate closely with the commercial team and share technical insights across the organizationBuild and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partnersYour profileTechnical degree or technical education (or equivalent experience)Alternatively, proven experience in technical equipment manufacturing, assembly, or field serviceStrong technical troubleshooting and fault-analysis skillsCustomer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsProfessional proficiency in English, French (Dutch is a plus)Willingness to travel across Europe (~30% of working time)Flexible, autonomous, and able to adapt to changing schedulesWhat we offerA key role in the international expansion of a growing, global companyExposure to advanced analytical technologies and international customersCompetitive salary based on experience, education, and skillsA dynamic, technical, and supportive work environmentInterested?For more information or to apply, please contact:frederic.davidts@xrfscientific.comAbout XRF ScientificXRF Scientific designs and manufactures analytical equipment and consumables used for sample preparation and analysis in laboratories worldwide.
