hub.brussels is het Brussels Agentschap voor de Ondersteuning van het Bedrijfsleven. Eenvoudig gezegd schakelen Brusselse ondernemers ons in om op te starten, te groeien en internationaal te gaan. Buitenlandse ondernemers nemen met ons contact op wanneer ze zich willen vestigen en hun weg willen vinden in onze mooie hoofdstad.

Achter hub.brussels staan zowat 350 medewerk(st)ers (beter bekend als hubsters) die, net als jij, gepassioneerd zijn door hun job en de meest vernieuwende en gedurfde projecten willen ondersteunen, aanmoedigen en voortstuwen

**Je team**:
Als businessadviseur voor de cluster software (of meer formeel: attaché voor de cluster software) kom je terecht in een dynamisch tweekoppig team binnen de afdeling Sectorale en Thematische Begeleiding en Sensibilisering.

De cluster Software is een netwerk van 120 ondernemingen die actief zijn op het gebied van software publishing (SaaS, platformen) en IT-diensten. Het doel van je team is eenvoudig: de economische ontwikkeling van de leden van de cluster in goede banen leiden via diensten op maat (netwerking, inspiratie door ervaringsuitwisseling, vaardigheidsontwikkeling, begeleiding, zichtbaarheid en internationalisering).

**Je opdrachten**:

- De economische ontwikkeling van ondernemingen die actief zijn in de IT-sector ondersteunen, met name software publishers en ondernemingen die IT-diensten verlenen (businessmodellen, voorbereiding van pitchen, financiering, ontwikkelingsstrategie, internationalisering, enz.).
- De behoeften van aangesloten ondernemingen proactief in kaart brengen en opvolgen, d.w.z. ze onmiddellijk behandelen, intern doorverwijzen of de partners identificeren die in staat zijn de aanvraag te behandelen en de onderneming zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen.
- Passende acties voorstellen (workshops, seminars, collectieve stands tijdens vakbeurzen, enz.) om zo goed mogelijk tegemoet te komen aan de geïdentificeerde behoeften.
- Ondernemingen en partners in de sector prospecteren;
**Je profiel**:
**Verplichte criteria**:

- ** Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma**, bij voorkeur met een wetenschappelijk of ingenieursoriëntatie, waaronder informatica, economie/beheer.
- _ Behaalde je je diploma in het buitenland? Stuur dan zeker het Belgisch gelijkwaardigheidsbewijs mee. _
- **Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar beroepservaring in het begeleiden van ondernemingen in de digitale sector en/of in het beheer van IT-accounts en/of in IT-innovatie.**:

- ** Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de IT-sector en het ecosysteem van start-ups.**:

- ** Je beheerst minstens een van de landstalen (Frans/Nederlands) en bent bereid om de tweede te leren.
