EQUANS, de nieuwe naam van ENGIE Solutions in België, is op zoek naar een IT Service Consultant voor Brussel.

Wat houdt deze job precies in?

je bent verantwoordelijk voor het changemanagement proces

vanuit jouw rol zal je niet-standaard changes evalueren in samenspraak met Architectuur en Security en bekijken of deze al dan niet risicovol zijn

de changes die aangevraagd zijn, worden wekelijks besproken tijdens de CAB (change advisory board) meeting waarvan jij de lead neemt

je zal helpen bij de optimalisatie van de cloud-kosten alsook de opvolging ervan garanderen en doet de nodige aanbevelingen tot kostenbesparing

je zal de IT-communicatie rond changes en incidenten mee valideren

bovendien sta je ook in voor de financiële opvolging van de infrastructuur projectleiders team-kost en interne facturatie

je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor informatica

je hebt expertise in Azure

kennis van ITIL vormt zeker een pluspunt of je bent bereid om een certificaat te behalen

je weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen

als persoon ben je gedreven, assertief en weet je complexe materie te vertalen

je hebt goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
