Our client is an international real estate services company based in Brussels and Antwerp. You will find yourself working along a team of 70 enthusiastic real estate professionals in Belgium, all experts in their domain.
Description
We are looking for an experienced real estate consultant with a broad general knowledge of relevant trends in the office real estate market.
You are an enterprising team player with good communication skills and you know how to translate these into opportunities and solutions for our clients.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Provide guidance and assist both occupiers and owners in finding suitable real estate solutions
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, trends, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, LOI, etc)
Actively search for new clients
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Cooperate with other departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, Investment
Develop networks and cooperate with consultants, owners, brokers
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
**Qualifications**:
5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Real estate consultant
You wish to be part of a young and dynamic team
You are a team player
You have a higher education degree
You are enterprising, proactive, have strong communication skills and have a positive attitude
saYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English
