Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Technician Vehicles & Machines Services.

Als Technician VMS sta je in voor het onderhoud van dienstvoertuigen, industriële bedrijfsvoertuigen, wintervoertuigen, brandweervoertuigen en het (land)bouwkundig rollend materieel van Brussels Airport.

**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:

- Je staat in voor het preventief nazicht, het onderhoud en de herstelling van voertuigen, gemotoriseerd blusmaterieel en ingebouwde blusinstallaties.
- Je zorgt voor herstellingen en het ombouwen van de voertuigen.
- Je maakt voertuigen klaar voor de technische controle. De opvolging en rapportage van het resultaat bezorg je aan de Maintenance Officer VMS.
- Je staat in voor het vervoer van voertuigen en wisselstukken (vb. externe firma’s) voor de uitvoering van (dringende) herstellingen en depannage van voertuigen.
- Je werkt samen met externe firma’s voor de uitvoering van grote en/of gespecialiseerde werkzaamheden.
- Je staat in voor de stockage van wisselstukken, banden, filters, olie,en producten voor gebruik in de werkplaats voertuigen
- Je onderhoudt het werkatelier, en houdt een inventarisatie bij van beschikbaar materiaal en wisselstukken.
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning en bijstand bij sneeuwruiming en het ijzelvrij maken tijdens de winterperiode, en bij natuurrampen.

**Wat jou onderscheidt**:

- In je rugzak: een grondige praktische kennis van auto
- en vrachtwagen mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, hydraulica en pneumatica, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van de speciale voertuigen en hun onderhoudsmiddelen
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs C. Je luchthavenrijbewijs? Daar zorgen wij voor.
- Je bent bereid om op korte termijn je BA5 te behalen.
- Je omschrijft jezelf als nauwkeurig en stressbestendig en je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans en hebt gesproken kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent flexibel in functie van de wachtdiensten.
