Als treasury manager ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het beheersen van onze financiële risico’s en geldstromen. Je wordt als treasury manager ingeschakeld zowel op strategisch als op operationeel niveau.

Je coördineert de activiteiten in de financiële cel (treasury) die deel uitmaakt van de afdeling rapportering en treasury (directie Finance). De belangrijkste activiteiten van deze afdeling zijn de realisatie van de prudentiële rapportering, rapportering naar de groep (Crédit Mutuel), treasury management et de opvolging van de financiële activiteiten.

**Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- De dagelijkse aansturing van de liquiditeitspositie (saldo rekeningen, monetaire reserveverplichting, tiering, herfinancieringen, beleggingen en collateral) inclusief het voorbereiden van betalingsinstructies (die door het operationeel departement worden uitgevoerd)
- De voorbereiding van de liquidity forecasts (op korte, middellange en lange termijn): forecast LCR, NSFR en andere liquiditeitsindicatoren
- De validatie prudentiële ratios die naar de NBB worden gerapporteerd (liquiditeit en renterisico)
- Het opstellen van interne rapporteringen (wekelijks aan de directie, maandelijks voor het financiële comité, trimestrieel wat de treasury indicatoren betreft voor de groep Crédit Mutuel)
- De opvolging van activiteiten die zijn uitbesteed op groepsniveau: activiteiten front en backoffice effecten en derivaten, collateral management (cash collateral derivaten), EMIR, MIFID, berekeningen interest rate risico en ALM
- Het beheer van de documentatie (derivaten en hedge accounting, financiële contracten,)
- De opvolgingen vragen van de NBB, permanente controle of audit
- Het managen van projecten en uitwisseling van informatie met andere departementen (operations, boekhouding, beheerscontrole, business, producten, juridische afdeling,)
- Deelnemen aan diverse financiële studies (waaronder ook de opvolging van reglementering)

**Jouw profiel**
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een financiële richting
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in de domeinen treasury/ALM, opvolging of rapportering van interest en/of liquiditeitsrisico in de financiële sector
- Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag zelfstandig en in teamverband
- Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
- Je hebt organisatietalent, bent flexibel en hebt aanpassingsvermogen
- Je beheerst Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) zeer goed
- Je bent bij voorkeur tweetalig Nederlands/Frans. Engels is een troef
