The role of the Finance function is to define financial policies and to secure the correct, good and compliant financial management of the Group. It also provides both external stakeholders and internal decision-makers with relevant financial data and analyses, with an intention to support sustainable value creation and value retention.

**Job Overview and Responsibilities**:
Support the International Treasury team in its daily operations and projects: - Daily management of cash position using FX swap contracts - Specific cash transactions - Daily treasury flows and cash forecasts (Forecast items to be monitored and managed Treasury Management System) - Transfer request processing, account funding, repatriation of cash - Support to the Group In House Bank including intercompany financing and collaboration with other departments - Specific studies and reporting - Playing a key role in the development of the company’s Treasury Management Systems - Supporting GBUs with Treasury related queries

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor degree with finance/accounting background is required. At least 3 years finance related experience, banking experience is a plus.

**Skills**:
Fluent in English, other languages are considered as an advantage

Capable to work in a multicultural environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable and committed Good stress management Passionate to go beyond Awareness and interest in banking technologies (Swift, Digital, new payment types ) Highly analytical with critical thinking and problem solving skills. Process driven, organized, Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship skills. Expert level skills in Microsoft Suites. Strong knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems, Bank Account Management tools, Payment platforms and Swift environment.
