Een dag als Customer Care Officer bij Xams is veelzijdig en spannend
Als Customer Care Officer werk je samen met een team van developers en consultants, die jou met regelmaat aan je mouw trekken. Dit team is dagelijks hard aan het werk om onze ERP projecten en opdrachten correct uit te voeren. Jij ondersteunt hen met zaken als registratie van tickets, communicatie naar klant en opvolging van de ingeplande taken. Je documenteert en vertaalt werkzaamheden naar duidelijke werkdocumenten of handleidingen voor onze klanten. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig om ervoor te zorgen dat alles foutloos en snel in orde wordt gemaakt.
Je ondersteunt het management met rapporteringen en opvolging van de projecten.
Over welke eigenschappen moet onze office assistant beschikken?
Uiteraard zoeken wij een vrolijke collega Als office assistant heb je een op zichzelf staande functie en vragen wij een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid, betrokkenheid en daarnaast ben je zeer daadkrachtig. Geen enkele uitdaging is voor jou te groot
**Profil**:
- Bachelor denkniveau
- Een goed taalgevoel; je weet waar je een d en/of t moet plaatsen;
- Een cijfermatig talent; je wordt niet zenuwachtig van rapportages en cijfers;
- Uitstekende computervaardigheden, waaronder kennis van MS Office (met name Excel en Word);
- Een stressbestendige, kritische, maar vrolijke persoonlijkheid
- Kennis van Navision en/of Business Central is een MUST
