**Job Description**:
For the continuous improvement of the Industrial Solutions BU and Tessenderlo Group as a whole, the Business Transformation team, located in Brussels, is looking for an additional **Business Transformation Manager**.
Together with BU and Group management the Business Transformation Manager identifies, structures and executes major improvement initiatives within the Group.
As such you:
- Support business idea generation in a fact-based and structured manner.
- Support Group and BU’s strategy definition.
- Structure and coordinate market and business intelligence gathering.
- Initiate and structure processes to improve the performance of the businesses.
- Lead and coordinate project work in strategic areas, acting as project manager for specifically attributed projects.
- Actively stimulate the sharing of best practices between BU's.
In this role you will work closely together with the Group and BU management teams.
This is an ideal position for a strong performing business professional.
**Qualifications**:
- Masters’ degree in Engineering (civil is a plus). Or Masters’ degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a high performing organization in a similar industrial role or as management consultant.
- Complex project management experience.
- Combination of fact based analytical skills and a pragmatic can-do attitude.
- Motivated to work in a diverse global industrial group.
- Financially literate, with solid business acumen.
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast-changing environment.
- Able to communicate in an impactful manner, using most appropriate support materials.
- Comfortable to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Organizationally savvy.
- Good communication skills in Dutch-English or French-English, both written and verbally. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Willing to travel, mainly within Europe.
