Technical Consultant Salesforce

As a **Salesforce Technical Consultant**, your mission will be to **implement and develop customized Salesforce** solutions tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. Working closely with functional consultants and clients, you will build bespoke solutions using Apex and other Salesforce tools, **ensuring optimal integration and high performance**. You'll actively **participate in various projects** across diverse industries, making each day dynamic and enriching.

**Responsibilities**:
After joining our team, you will be expected to:

- Analyze and translate client needs into technical Salesforce solutions
- Design, configure, and develop specific features using Apex and other Salesforce technologies
- Ensure the quality and security of developed solutions by following best practices
- Collaborate with functional consultants to configure Salesforce, fully meeting client requirements
- Conduct training sessions for end users
- Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, with effective prioritization
- Supervise technical testing and resolve complex implementation issues
- Stay updated on Salesforce technology developments to offer continuous improvement suggestions

**Profile**:
**Must-have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT with significant Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex and Salesforce development tools
- Experience or certification in Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong analytical and technical skills, able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Self-driven with the ability to manage technical projects rigorously
- Good interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach, able to simplify technical concepts for users
- Willingness to travel to client sites (1 to 3 days per week)
- Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience
- Salesforce App Builder or Architect certification
- Good command of English

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in agile project management or development team environments
- Proficiency in Dutch
- Skills in data integration and API connectors
