Job description

Our regional team is looking for Business and/or Functional analysts. As an analyst you will be responsible for closely interacting with clients, understanding their problem areas, translating their problem areas into business requirements or use cases, owning the product backlog and documenting the AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios if required.

In other words, you are the bridge between the business and the IT, with one foot in the business team(s) and the other in the IT team(s).

Level

Your profile - Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level):

- Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),
- Starting as of 1 year experience in analysis,
- Interest and experience in assisting clients in implementing business case
- Function as Product Owner for development team (eliciting requirements)
- Manage the requirements organization with excellent communication, planning and monitoring skills
- Experience with writing use cases and designing wireframes
- Preferably experience with UML and BPMN
- Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches
- Able to present and lead workshops with clients.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to new situations and challenges

Languages and mobility
- Resident in Belgium and eligible to work in the EU (Preferably in the provinces of West or East Flanders)
- Fluent communication skills in French OR Dutch and
English
