Bij iO doen we het allemaal (en nog veel meer), voor topmerken & organisaties als onder meer Telenet, Europese Commissie, Universiteit Antwerpen, VDAB, Colruyt Group en Q8. **Als researcher op campus Antwerpen** kom je terecht in het **strategie team**. Daar werk je in een multidisciplinair team van >20 brand & UX strategen, service designers &....een heel aantal andere researchers Samen werk je aan een breed scala aan uitdagingen die meer **onderzoek, data en vooral goede inzichten vereisen.** **Jouw talent?** Snel patronen herkennen in versnipperde informatie en die ook bruikbaar omzetten. Menselijk gedrag fascineert je en je wil weten hoe je daarop een **betekenisvolle impact** kan maken. Wat je meebrengt als Researcher - Je hebt **concrete ervaring als researcher**, werkte in een vergelijkbare rol en bent bedreven in gebruikersonderzoek en/of marktonderzoek - Je beschikt over een **uitstekend analytisch en synthetisch denkvermogen** en bent idealiter bedreven of wil je verder ontwikkelen in zowel kwalitatief als kwalitatief onderzoek. - Je bent **niet bang om nieuwe dingen uit te probere**n en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwigheden binnen je domein. - Je kan** jouw inzichten vertalen** naar creatieve of functionele aanbevelingen naar je klant, en je team ondersteunen bij onderzoeksgerelateerde vragen. - Je bent **communicatief sterk** en weet je ideeën en realisaties vlot te presenteren in het Nederlands en Engels. Staat ook Frans in het rijtje? Dan is dat een pluspunt.
