Technical Project Manager - TV on FTTH (Project Manager, FTTH, TV, Cable, OSS/BSS) Our customer a very large provider of TV and Telecom services are searching for a "Technical Project Manager" for a TV project based on FTTH. The technical project manager will be responsible for ensuring TV on FTTH project is delivered from an end to end point view to the agreed upon level of quality and within the predefined streams, resource and material constraints. The technical project manager animates weekly core teams, follows up progresses on every identified project stream with business owners, manages the planning, tasks & risks. He/she provides weekly project dashboards. The technical project manager interacts with product (TV product), IT (OSS/BSS/Provisioning), marketing (Customer value proposition, communication, customer journey), operational teams (Back Office/incident management, supervision), and external partners as well who deliver & manages the TV infrastructure. The technical project manager follows the company governance milestones in coordination with the IT SPOC to ensure all other related project streams requirements and deliverables are aligned with the IT planning. There is a high degree of technicality, therefore the technical project manager must be trained in and understand relevant technologies and architectures to properly support the project. Responsibilites: Creating long - and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Communicating with manager to keep the project aligned with their goals Ensure alignment with TV product Manager who has defined the business requirements. Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the objectives expected Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change Manage risks and mitigations Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed Languages: Fluency in English and French - Dutch would be an asset.
