This is what
we expect
from a Technical Project Manager
- You are mainly responsible for the construction and

financial technical part of current projects in the tender,
preparation, construction and delivery phase;
- You will work closely with the Project Manager in

developing innovative and sustainable building
concepts;
- You ensure that all colleagues receive the necessary

internal information and support, in addition you keep a
close eye on the progress of the various projects and
elaborate on them during project meetings;
- Together with the Project Manager, you will monitor

the planning, budget, quality, and technical concept of
the project from the first sketch to the final delivery;
- You are responsible for negotiating prices and

thereby strive for an excellent price-quality ratio and
dealing with contractors you can stand your ground;
- You also have sufficient experience in managing and

coordinating various construction parties and you will
critically evaluate solutions provided by them;
- In consultation with the Project Manager, you will

determine who the contractors and suppliers of the
project will be;
- In the execution phase, you are in the lead concerning

the complex and technical matters and you will check
the executed work from a critical point of view. You will
also be managing the flow of information during these
phases;
- You are the domain expert and the Go-To person for

everything concerning building techniques;
- You will analyse and check the progress reports,

plans, offers, tenders, additional work of stakeholders;
- You are a strong advocate of innovation and

sustainability and together with Seald you want to set
an example for others.

Who are
YOU?
- You hold a bachelor or master’s degree

(preferably engineering, architecture or
construction);
- You have experience in large construction

projects and / or technical aspects of largescale construction projects (+100 units);
- You are mainly interested in the technical

aspect of the construction process and
therefore interested in taking on an
advisory role;
- You are a confident user of AutoCAD, MS

**Projects and MS Office software packages**:
Word, PowerPoint, Outlook but mainly
Excel;
- You have strong reporting skills;
- You feel comfortable working on and

managing several projects at the same time
and guarantee a strong follow-up;
- You have a positive, goal-oriented,

problem-solving and “can do” attitude and
challenge yourself and your partners to
think out-of-the-box;
- You can communicate clearly and

persuasive at all levels (sales partners,
contractors) in Dutch and English. French is
an asset;
- You take ownership of your work, but you

are also a team player with the ability to
build relationships at all levels.
