IntroductionWij helpen onze klant in hun zoektocht naar een Technical Project Manager.FunctionLeid en coördineer alle technische disciplines (HVAC, elektriciteit, BMS…).Zorg dat systemen naadloos integreren – van ontwerp tot oplevering.Motiveer je projectteam en daag partners uit om slimmer en sneller te bouwen.Bewaak budget, timing en kwaliteit met een scherp oog voor detail.Spot risico’s, stuur bij en los technische uitdagingen op vóór ze problemen worden.Rapporteer helder zodat iedereen mee is, zelfs in de complexiteit van een stadsproject.RequirementsEen technisch sterke leider die de taal van de bouw én de technieken spreekt.Jij hebt: Een Bachelor of Master in Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen bouwtechnieken.Brede kennis van HVAC, elektriciteit, BMS en andere gebouwtechnieken.
