One of our clients is looking for an Agile Product Owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working remotely and at the client office in Brussels.
- Agile Product Owner represents both stakeholders and the voice of the customers capturing their expectations, preferences and aversions.
- Along with the Scrum Master and the Development Team, he/she embodies the Scrum Team.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

- French or Dutch.
- English: Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
- A positive attitude and pragmatism.
- Thirst for knowledge: Agile is about learning and adapting. Knowledge sharing is key to success.
- The goal of team success: Agile is about the success of the team, not individual success or heroic behaviour. It is more important for the team to succeed than for the individual to have completed his/her tasks.
- There is no failure, only feedback: Agile is about taking everything as lessons, adjusting actions based on the feedback, resulting in continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of the department's business environment.
- Expertise in agile methodologies.
- Budget and Project Management
