ABOUT THE COMPANY
MindCapture collabs with an innovative start-up company in nanoelectronics and molecular diagnostic technologies. The combination of their and our expertise delivers an experienced and dedicated team, bringing together research knowledge and business acumen, and is united by a desire to see diagnostic systems transform worldwide.
They have established a codevelopment project with a pharmaceutical company specialising in CAR-T cell & gene therapies. In order to lead and support a co-development project, we are looking for a high level program manager.
- Lead and manage the co-development program between a diagnostics and pharmaceutical company.
- Drive collaboration, strategic alignment, and innovation throughout the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution within budget and timeline.
- Manage and coordinate a small team of project managers.
- Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Embrace agility and continuous improvement to drive successful outcomes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both company teams and act as a trusted advisor.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- You have a background in Biotech / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Engineering / Biomedical sciences.
- You have at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in (cross-functional) program and project management.
- You are able to create and execute strategic roadmaps, monitor progress, and ensure successful project delivery.
- You are an expert in agile project management. You thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability are crucial to navigate through dynamic and fast-paced environments. Embracing an agile mindset and continuous improvement to drive innovation and optimize project outcomes.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You can communicate constructively and efficiently with an internal team and with key stakeholders.
- You have a strong ability to think strategically, align the co-development project with business objectives, and make informed decisions to drive success.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and identify opportunities.
- You have a strong focus on achieving results and delivering projects within budget, scope, and quality parameters.
