En tant qu’assistante Product Manager Make-Up, vous aiderez la **Product Manager** à**:
**Ajuster la stratégie internationale à l'environnement local**:

- Analyse de l'environnement concurrentiel (concurrents, clients)
- Analyser le sell-in et le sell-out
- Identifier le SWOT
- Élaborer un plan d'action local

**Suivi du marketing opérationnel**:

- Benchmarking et prévisions (financières et logistiques)
- Développement et exécution d'un plan 360
- Prévisions budgétaires et suivi
- Coordination des intervenants internes et externes (clients, siège, fournisseurs)
- Planification des activités opérationnelles
- Développement et production d'outils

**Rapport**:

- Analyse mensuelle du marché
- Mises à jour des lancements
- Bulletins d'informations internes

**Représentation**:

- Evénements (Client, PR, Formation)

**Profile**:
Vous êtes organisé(e), impliqué(e), rigoureux(se), persévérant(e) et enthousiaste, motivé(e)

Vous savez gérer plusieurs projets de front

Vous faites preuve de créativité avec une réelle sensibilité esthétique (respect de l’image de marque)

Vous avez le sens du contact tant en interne (esprit d’équipe) qu’en externe (sens du service clients)

Vous êtes en **dernière année **d'école de Commerce ou de Master en marketing

Avec une parfaite maîtrise du pack Office

**Langues : Français, Anglais**, le Néerlandais est un plus
