The Global Intelligence Manager is a strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for delivering actionable market, competitive, and trade intelligence to support strategic decision-making, portfolio choices, and long-term business planning. The role transforms complex global data into clear insights, anticipates market and regulatory shifts, and strengthens the organization’s fact-based approach to strategy, pricing, investments, and risk management. Acting as a central intelligence hub, the Global Intelligence Manager connects commercial teams, strategy, legal, and operations through high-quality analysis, structured intelligence processes, and increasingly automated business intelligence tools. We’ll count on you to: Market & Trade Intelligence
- Lead global import/export data analysis across regions (APOC, CHINA, NAM, EMEA, LATAM) to monitor market flows, competitive dynamics, and structural shifts;
- Consolidate and interpret country-level and regional trade data to support market sizing, demand assessment, and opportunity identification;
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc market intelligence to commercial and strategy teams, enabling more granular country, customer, and competitor analysis;
- Identify data gaps in market assumptions and proactively source or develop intelligence to close them. Competitive Intelligence & Strategy Support
- Monitor competitors’ strategic moves, investments, capacity changes, and financial performance;
- Develop and maintain competitive cost curves, market saturation analyses, and structural industry benchmarks;
- Translate competitive insights into implications for pricing, positioning, portfolio strategy, and investment decisions;
- Support strategic planning cycles (MTP / Roadmap) with robust market and competitor intelligence. Trade Policy, Anti-Dumping & Regulatory Intelligence
- Act as the GBU focal point for trade war developments, import duties, and tariff evolution, in close coordination with Group task forces;
- Monitor and analyze anti-dumping (AD) cases, circumvention risks, and regulatory developments;
- Contribute to the preparation of AD cases and provide intelligence-based support to Legal, GPA, and commercial teams;
- Assess geopolitical and trade risks and translate them into business-relevant scenarios. Strategic Planning & Executive Insights
- Play a key role in Mid Term Plan and strategic roadmap development, providing market-driven assumptions, scenarios, and risk assessments;
- Prepare high-impact quarterly market insight sessions and executive-level presentations;
- Contribute to investor relations commentary and internal market context communications;
- Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives with fact-based intelligence. Business Intelligence & Digital Enablement
- Drive the evolution from manual data processing toward automated, scalable business intelligence solutions;
- Contribute to the development of dashboards, one-page executive views, and predictive analytics (including AI-based approaches);
- Improve data reliability, usability, and accessibility for commercial and strategy stakeholders;
- Act as a key contributor to the organization’s intelligence and analytics maturity journey. KPIs / Output
- Quality, relevance, and adoption of intelligence outputs by stakeholders;
- Timeliness and accuracy of market, trade, and competitive insights;
- Contribution of intelligence to strategic decisions, risk mitigation, and opportunity identification;
- Progress in automation and reduction of manual data processing;
- Stakeholder satisfaction across Strategy, Sales, Legal, and Leadership teams. You will bring:
- Master Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience, in market intelligence, strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related role, ideally in an international and industrial environment;
- Exposure to trade policy, competitive intelligence, or strategic planning is a strong plus;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, able to connect data to business impact;
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready insights;
- High credibility and influence across functions and senior stakeholders;
- Strong curiosity, rigor, and fact-based mindset;
- Developing close working relationships with key stakeholders;
- Self-motivated, takes initiative with strong team leadership skills;
- Experience working with data tools, BI platforms, and digital analytics solutions;
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing geopolitical
