**Job Description Overview**

The Senior Advisor is responsible for working with ISBN and HXM Leadership to provide expertise and insights related to how Fieldglass solves business problems. This includes enablement and demand generation for FG across Market Units. It also includes creating content that can be used with the team and across the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supporting the territory and account planning activity of the Account Executive to ensure they’re prioritizing Fieldglass for the right customers with the right business challenges and with a clear use case the Fieldglass can solve.
- The Senior Advisor is a Fieldglass expert and is responsible for driving revenue across the Market Units.
- Work with demand management and marketing to drive programs across the organization
- Provide insight and best practices to all FGA’s who can influence and help drive sales cycles
- Responsible for forecasting and adding insight to business reviews
- Help drive committed contracts and grow existing revenue across designated MU’s
- Create content to be shared with and drive measurable revenue programs
- The Senior Advisor will work collaboratively with our MSP Partnership team to ensure that we build and execute strong working relationships with our MSP partners. This includes being the point of contact for MSP leadership when it comes to sales pipeline development.
- Grow System Integrator channel revenue by working with them on programs to expand engagements to key mutual clients
- Be viewed as a thought leader in industry circles by speaking at various industry forums, publishing articles and delivering innovative solutions
- Actively contribute the creation and expansion of the knowledge base and reference tools
- Work proactively with all areas of SAP to achieve the objective defined above.

**Preferred Competencies**
- Experience in Fieldglass and or workforce solutions
- Strong executive presence, displaying a deep understanding of best practice business processes related to External Workforce Management and Spend Management
- Ability to influence key decision makers using understanding of client’s organizational processes and best-in-class maturity
- Recognizes the service needs associated with a client-focused business model
- Ability to work as part of a team and focus on winning beyond the personal outcome
- Customer mindset - customer success is key

**Preferred Qualifications**
- French language additionally
- 10+ years Procurement and / or HR experience
- Experience in technology enabled business transformation projects
- Demonstrated experience in successful software sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a team environment and share best practices regularly
- Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
- Strong problem solving ability
- Industry experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50%
