The Outbound**Transport Analyst is responsible to support transportation daily operations and supports driving innovation in transportation processes, analysing data to support KPI delivery for operational excellence.

**roles and responsibilities**

- Support the design and execution of transportation improvement projects focused on innovation, cost reduction, and sustainability efforts, ultimately enhancing overall service delivery.

- Continuously monitor and analyse transportation data, supporting metric reporting processes, providing valuable insights that inform decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Support shipment complaints and claims process and to drive systemic process changes to eliminate defects (working with internal and external partners)

- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Distribution Center (DC) operations and freight service providers, to ensure seamless daily operations of transportation services.

**how to succeed**

- Minimum of **1-3 years** of experience in **logistics, transportation, or supply chain management**, preferably in a freight or operations role.

- Business fluent in **English**, fluency in additional European languages is a plus;
- Demonstrated** analytical skills** with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.

- Ability to perform **complex analysis** and **simulations** using different tools

- IT literacy (Good MS-Excel - other databases, such as Oracle, Access, SAP). **Experience in data visualization tools** and software such as Power BI.

- **Experience in analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to transportation and logistics.**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Ability to identify issues, think critically, and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated capacity for continuous improvement and innovation in transportation processes.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
