**ABOUT THE JOB**

**ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?**

We want you to be a part of our team, from **Brussels**, as an** ERP Expert (ERE) - Odoo.**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?**
- Lead in the identification and deployment of global out-of-the-box ERP solutions to manage EEAS Head-Quarter and EU Delegations network business needs (covering all administrative matters: HR, finance, contracts, logistics, real estate, service vehicles fleet, etc.)
- Lead the preparation of the architectural vision and its elaboration
- Development and enhancement of architecture
- Analysis of organisational structures
- Analysis of information systems portfolio
- Analysis of enterprise business processes
- Corporate data flow analysis
- IS costs/benefits analysis
- Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
- Large and proven working experience with ERP systems for large-scale organisations, with specific hands-on experience in Odoo
- Solid analytical capability as well as excellent drafting and reporting skills. Rapid grasp of problems and capacity to identify issues and solutions
- Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
- Creativity and flexibility
- Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Business processes analysis
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level), French (B2) will be an advantage.
