Le tribe Agile Production Services (APS) fait partie du département IT Production. Il est constitué de 5 équipes fournissant des services E2E en production pour des domaines IT spécifiques ou des groupes de tribes, incluant le support N2/N3, la conception technique, et la sécurité applicative.
Vous intégrerez l?équipe DevEx (TFD) chargée de soutenir les capacités transverses de la tribe APS.
Responsabilités principales
Animer et faciliter les cérémonies Agile (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Rétrospective, etc.)
Planifier et piloter les différentes étapes méthodologiques des sprints
Suivre les capacités de l?équipe et la vélocité pour planifier et estimer les charges
Accompagner le squad dans l?atteinte de la Definition of Done (DoD)
Lever les obstacles à la performance de l?équipe et la protéger des interférences externes
Promouvoir l?auto-organisation progressive de l?équipe
Gérer les risques et les problèmes liés à l?activité de l?équipe
Soutenir le Chapter Lead dans la gestion des aspects humains
Fonctionnelles
Capacité à interagir avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (analystes, développeurs, QA?)
Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire est un plus
