For one of our clients in the Brussels region, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who helps teams excel in delivery, governance, and quality within a structured Agile environment.Are you a Scrum Master who goes beyond facilitating ceremonies? Do you take real ownership of delivery, quality, and traceability, and do you feel comfortable working in an environment with strong governance and compliance requirements? Then this is a long-term assignment where you will play a key role in the success of multiple Agile teams.DetailsStart ASAPBrussels regionFulltimeLong-term assignmentHybrid working model - 3 office days a weekEnglish professional level C1/C2ChallengesTake end-to-end ownership of sprint and release delivery in terms of scope, timing, and qualityFacilitate all Agile ceremonies with a strong focus on outcomes, risks, and delivery progressAct as the first escalation point for impediments and delivery risks, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and stakeholdersMonitor and report delivery progress using dashboards, burn-downs, and delivery KPIsEnsure Agile discipline such as backlog hygiene, Definition of Done, and quality standardsGuarantee full documentation and traceability between requirements, stories, defects, tests, and releasesCoordinate and harmonize documentation input from developers, testers, and architectsSupport release readiness and handover to testing and DevOps teamsActively drive continuous improvement and coach teams towards delivery excellenceEnsure compliance with internal, contractual, and regulatory standardsWishlist (required skills)Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and working within larger program or release train structuresHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or other ALM toolsStrong focus on documentation, traceability, and governanceProactive, structured, and communicative team coachBackground as Java Developer is a big plus
