Manage IT projects and/or product teams from inception to follow up, ensuring planning, control of scope, budget and schedule, and risk and issue management. Produce progress reports and documentation.
- Cooperate with other IT teams to manage planning constraints and realize synergies between systems upstream or downstream of your domain.
- Challenge requirements provided by the business prior to approval, validating and verifying specifications set by the business and translating them into a functional technical design.
- Manage a team of internal and/or external developers, in collaboration with the.NET Technical Manager, while closely monitoring purchased or externally developed software projects.
- Validate a testing and quality management strategy and follow through during deployment.
- Follow up on the production launch and drive the incident management process, while assisting second-line end-users.
- Organize and prioritize the maintenance of the developed solutions.
- Relevant experience in managing Microsoft IT projects (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server) and good communication with developers.
- Constant technology watch and experience in digitization appreciated.
- Good communication with operators on technical and design issues.
- Analytical mind and good organizational skills.
- Customer oriented, communicator and good team player.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or French appreciated
