We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Responsabilities**:

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines and dependencies.
- Coordinate project team activities, including dependency management and monitoring progress.
- Track project performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and mitigate the Risks, Assumptions Issues and Dependencies on a continuous basis.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, team members, and senior managers regularly.
- Prepare documentation, such as project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Assist in maintaining project management tools and databases.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Qualifications
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP (in progress), or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience with IT systems and software development projects.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, or software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles (internship experience may be considered).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Safe, Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
