To support this growth we’re looking for an enthusiastic **Jr.** **Brand Manager in Belgium**, who’ll be responsible for our marketing mix in Belgium. It’s the perfect role for someone who likes to be responsible for a wide range of projects, have a great sense of ownership, and always looking for better ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun bunch of people. And not to forget, to work for an inspiring B Corp.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing the perfect activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store,
- Knowing the portfolio in your markets and making recommendations (e.g. new products, new formats, new channels),
- Creating the monthly performance overview for Belgium, analyzing the success our of activations and ranges
- Making sure all our products launches in your markets are a success,
- Aligning with the commercial team, to have marketing and sales working in harmony,
**You’ll also**:
- work in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams,
- work with the Group (in short, the marketing team at the headquarters in London) and with all the different countries where we’re selling our healthy little drinks.
- You have excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Creativity is a passion, and you success working with agencies to deliver great work that truly breaths the innocent brand.
- You’re good with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and know how to use it to make the right decisions.
- You’re a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth in projects and show great people skills.
- We are looking for someone with a first good experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, with a creative spark combined with good communication skills.
- You’re pro-active, and able to deliver in a busy environment, great with others and able to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- You speak flamish as a native speaker and have proficiency knowledge in English. Speaking French is a a real big plus.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Starting date: as soon as possible, ideally from 1st of March
Location: Anderlecht
