The brand portfolio includes Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Dries van Noten, and Christian Louboutin Beauty.About the roleBuilding the BusinessIncrease ecommerce sales across all retailers in the Benelux, accelerating sales via retailer.com ahead of retailer average.Responsible for growth & management of virtual pure players, aligning with overall business goals.Collaborate with media & PR manager to drive visits, conversion & repeat purchases.Fully responsible for commercial E-business analytics and reports.Prepare & present monthly Benelux E-business review (including action plan) to management.Provide detailed monthly reports on key business drivers and product sales.Track competition activities and performance of key rival lines and visual merchandising.Work with global digital business team to share ideas and deliver global initiatives.Leadership & Strategic ThinkingLead commercial acceleration and digital marketing capabilities with retail partners.Develop retail media advertising strategy with media marketing manager.Lead & develop strategy for online pure players and omni-channel retailers to gain market share.Build and achieve ecommerce turnover, market share, profit, and manage end-to-end P&L.Support commercial manager and team in digital transformation and modernization.Transversal DeliveringBuild, manage & execute the annual Joint E-business Plan across retailers.Define and manage digital COOP budget with key account managers to drive efficiencies and optimize ROI.Operate online trading strategy to optimize conversion and average order value.Drive execution within retailer sites to enhance customer experience.Provide insights on online developments of key accounts to Key Account Managers.Coach and develop the E-business Executive.About youProfile RequirementsAcademic degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.Minimum 4 years experience in ecommerce or digital, working with retailers, marketplaces, or DTC.Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development is a plus.Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or marketplaces.Bilingual in English and/or French; Dutch fluency is a plus.Willingness to travel within Benelux.Ability to translate figures into actionable plans driving VMS.Strong analytical and Excel skills.
