Winamp is a legendary media player with a story that goes back to the very beginning of digital audio in 1997. It now has a vibrant and committed community of 80 million active users worldwide.
We are currently re-launching Winamp to become the ultimate platform for audio lovers, a universal space where fans connect to their favorite artists, podcasts, radios & more, and where artists can access fairer and more transparent revenue sources, directly from their fans.
**We are looking for a Creator Acquisition Manager to reinforce our team. Are you ready to come and shape the future of the music industry with us?**
**What you’ll do**
- Plan and oversee the strategy for the acquisition and qualification of Creators on the Winamp platform
- Define and activate lead generation drivers
- Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts
- Report on marketing metrics - preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Coordinate acquisition strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, branding and product departments.
- Support the development of the Winamp brand globally
**Who you are**
- Good project management skills, ideally, have independently led integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential) from creative brainstorming to execution and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand
- Improve current marketing tools and systems, and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency
- Have clear logic, savvy about data analysis. Good at running data-driven product optimization.
- 7+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in a global consumer-led industry
- Collaborative, team spirit with proactive attitude
- Master degree in sales and digital marketing
- Fluent in English
