**Robert Half is voor een klant op zoek naar een Junior Customer Success Manager (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf in de regio Anderlecht.**

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je treedt op als contactpersoon en belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt sterke relaties op door hun behoeften te analyseren en in te vullen.
- Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten tijdens een onboardingtraject en zorgt ervoor dat ze snel en efficiënt aan de slag kunnen.
- Je ondersteunt klanten in het verbeteren van hun online zichtbaarheidsstrategie en draagt zo bij aan hun commerciële succes.
- Je identificeert en benut opportuniteiten voor up
- en cross-selling door proactief advies te geven.
- Je anticipeert op uitdagingen en denkt oplossingsgericht mee om klanten te blijven ondersteunen.
**Jij herkent jezelf in onderstaande**
- Je hebt minstens **1 jaar ervaring** in Customer Success, Customer Care, klantondersteuning of een andere klantgerichte rol.
- Ervaring met digitale media of verkoopondersteuning is een sterke troef.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Frans** of **Nederlands** en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal; kennis van **Engels** is een bijkomend voordeel.
- Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt ervaring met tools zoals **Salesforce**, of bent bereid dit snel te leren.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, bent een echte teamspeler en denkt in oplossingen.
