Nous sommes en pleine croissance et nous nous **lançons **à **Paris **

Sander. est une Start-up belge en recrutement et en HR-Tech. Partis de rien il y a presque 3 ans, comptons aujourd’hui une équipe de plus de 17 personnes, +/- 145 partenariats et une croissance annuelle de **160%. **Rien que cette année, nous avons accueilli 8 personnes et nous avons lancé notre plateforme digitale. Nous sommes aujourd’hui près pour débuter à **Paris **

Spécialisés dans le secteur des hautes technologies IT, nous délivrons un service qualitatif et connectons les experts IT avec nos clients pour faciliter les faire évoluer

**La fonction**:

- Gestion d’un portefeuille client (partenaires existants et nouveaux)
- Réunions et Meeting : évaluation des besoins
- Recherche et sélection de talents
- Gestion du processus de l’entretien initial à l’offre finale (entretiens, offres)
- Créer un nouveau bureau ce n’est pas rien, il y aura de la prospection et il faudra trouver dénicher de nouveaux partenariats
- Négociation des conditions commerciales

**De plus, tu pourras rapidement gérer ta propre équipe puisque nous planifions d’être 4 dans ce bureau d’ici 6 mois **

**Profil**:

- Ambitieux ? Parfait, tu es à la bonne adresse, Paris t’attend
- Tu es titulaire d’un Bachelier en Commerce, Economie ou Ressources humaines
- Tu as une bonne maitrise du français
- Une première expérience professionnelle en tant que recruteur IT est nécessaire
- Tu es pragmatique et prêt à faire les extras miles afin d’évoluer

**Evolution**:
En un peu plus de 2 ans, tu pourras devenir un manager expert dans ton domaine, avec un salaire qui augmente de 20 K€ La méritocratie est au cœur de notre ADN. Tu seras acteur de ton propre développement. Plus tu seras performant, plus tu percevras le salaire que tu mérites
- Après 7 à 9 mois : Recruteur avancé
- Entre 9 et 12 mois après : Recruteur senior
- Plus ou moins 12 mois plus tard : Managing ConsultantNos locaux sont situés à quelques pas de Delta et du Cimetière d’Ixelles, ils sont faciles d’accès que tu viennes de Bruxelles ou du Brabant Wallon.
