**About this vacancy**:
You will act as the interface between suppliers, production, and procurement teams to maintain the right material flow at the right time. The role involves proactive coordination to ensure uninterrupted production, inventory accuracy, and timely supplier performance. You’ll leverage forecasting tools, data insights, and process know-how to anticipate issues and keep production on track.
- Schedule and manage inbound materials to align with production needs and customer delivery timelines
- Maintain and monitor stock levels, balancing availability with inventory cost targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve material shortages, delays, or excess
- Analyze forecasts and usage trends to determine material requirements
- Improve processes to increase planning efficiency and reduce supply chain risks

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or material planning.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with inventory planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle)
- Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced settings; fluency in English
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
