**Function**:
**Do you want to play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth business operations? Then, this job is for you**
**Your mission**
Our **OEM** **Sales team**, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a **Key Account Coordinator** to strengthen this team.
**What will you work on?**
- Clarify and report customers’ requirements to the relevant internal departments within Aisin Europe and with Aisin Corporation (in Japan)
- Coordinate, control and administer assigned projects both internally & externally
- Monitor and report customer KPI and coordinate necessary action plans with other departments
- Support specific EU Car Manufacturer in daily commercial topics to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth business continuity.
- Prepare and release quotations and price lists, support negotiation until customer approval and follow-up to ensure timely Purchase order receipt
- Support sales budget preparation
- Follow-up and collection of payments if needed
**Profile**:
**MUST HAVE***
- Sales/business orientation bachelor's degree or higher
- A first experience in a sales department
- Fluent in English & French
- Customer orientation
- Negociation skills
- Ready to travel in Europe (up to 15%)
**NICE TO HAVE**
- A first experience in an industrial sector, ideally the automotive sector
- Knowledge of additional languages
