What do your tasks consist of?

Smooth processes and systems are key to our success. This is why Supergood is looking for an experienced office manager. You will be a strong and reliable support to our operations and help maintain and create procedures. Your work will not only help us achieve organizational efficiency, you will also nurture the Supergood work environment and make our office a place where people enjoy working.

- Administration, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, sending and shipping packages, and updating the contact database and employee list
- Providing direct support to our HR manager, including helping implement payroll, assisting with internal projects and following up on insurance, fleet administration, etc.
- Provide financial support to our Finance Manager, by tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Play a connecting role among the Supergood agencies, e.g. by organizing team building events
- Oversee the daily operations of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area and ensure a personal, friendly experience for everyone who visits our office
- Maintain and create procedures
- Oversee office interactions, responding to employee and guest requests and inquiries
- Maintaining office equipment, coordinating catering as needed and managing all aspects of office space and infrastructure planning

What qualities do you have?
- You have min. 5 years of office management experience
- You are a chaos hater and process lover
- You have tight time management skills, excel at multitasking and have strong communication skills
- You are flexible, stress-resistant and can handle confidential information
- You know how to roll up your sleeves and can work independently
- You have experience developing internal systems
- Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you
- You speak fluent Dutch and English
