We’re looking for a highly skilled
**Business Development Manager to join** our Sales team.
**trusted advisory role in selling products.**
- Driving
**personal pipeline generation** initiatives within the client and prospect portfolio, including a cold calling ability & leading to a personal leads and prospects factory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Activity is based on a personal prospection plan and networking plan;
- Key Account Management during first two years of a new relationship;
- Coping with sales and margin targets;
- Develop a GO-to-Market strategy for own leads/prospects portfolio;
- Analyzing needs, selling products, developing written offerings and solutions and corresponding pricings, contracts;
- Engaging at the C-level in customer organizations;
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a sales hunting spirit, combined with an ability to demonstrate a trusted advisory role in selling complex products and solutions;
- Networking;
- Hunting;
**Sales & Technical skills**:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience and Knowledge of the IT sector, services/products & proven experience in multi-product sales ((ai) Software/SaaS/Cloud)
- Knowledge of customer care, customer experience, marketing automation or business-related processes
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills, delivering elevator pitches, Writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships;
- Proven commercial and internal sales development abilities to win new assignments at new clients
- Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience in a complex buying process and multi-DMU environment (large scaled companies);
- Ability to perform online software demo’s;
- Ability in building business cases;
- At least Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree;
- Bi-lingual (Dutch & French) + English;
- Being analytical and hands-on
