**Missions**:
As a Junior Consultant in our CFO Advisory team, you will advise our clients in optimizing their finance function, processes, and systems. You will work on a variety of assignments, such as:
- Performance management, dashboarding and reporting
- Strategic planning / budget
- Transformation and digitization of the finance function
- Cash flow and working capital improvement
- Post-merger integration
- Business cases and investor readiness
**Required profile**:
An eager personality with an appetite for knowledge is the first and most important requirement for this position. In addition, we expect our future Junior Consultant to have:
- A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- Relevant experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting during which you have developed solid financial, accounting or operational skills (business and financial control, process improvement, digital tools, etc.) is appreciated;
- You have recognized interpersonal and analytical skills, are curious, dynamic and a real team player;
- You are eager to learn, a digital native and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment; and
- You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English, French and Dutch.
