In uw rol als Quality Manager (QM) bent u verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en het onderhoud van het Quality Management System (QMS) van onze Belgische organisatie. Je zorgt voor de naleving van interne en externe kwaliteitseisen en beheert de relevante externe certificeringen en het algemene kader voor risicobeheer. De QM bepaalt samen met het MT de normen, houdt toezicht op de kwaliteitsprestaties en stuurt aan op continue verbetering.
- Je beheert de gecontroleerde ontwikkeling en vrijgave van beleid, procedures en werkinstructies.
- Je instrueert en motiveert medewerkers om volgens de afgesproken richtlijnen te werken
- Je bepaalt en beheert de vereiste individuele training en certificering
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor Problem Management
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan klanten met betrekking tot interne of externe audits
- Je bouwt projecten/opdrachten uit zoals aangestuurd door de Managing Director.
Uw profiel
- Een technische opleiding op bachelorniveau of gelijkwaardig
- 6+ jaar relevante werkervaring in een leidinggevende Health & Safety Management rol in een industriële omgeving (volcontinue)
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
- Zakelijk inzicht: kent de basisprincipes van bedrijfsfinanciering/budgettering (CAPEX, OPEX, EBITDA)
- Kwalificaties in relevante best practices (bijv. ITIL, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) zijn een plus
- Uitstekende wiskundige vaardigheden en praktische kennis van gegevensanalyse/statistische methoden
- Uitstekende organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden (coachen, motiveren en inspireren van mensen)
- Nauwkeurigheid, oog voor detail en een resultaatgerichte aanpak
- Vaardig in probleemoplossing, planning en besluitvorming
- In staat om een professionele kalmte en positieve benadering te behouden in situaties onder druk
