Tâches et Responsabilités:
- Définir et produire les **tableaux de bord, KPI et analyses** liés aux différentes activités **Sales B2C**:
- ** Piloter les budgets (Opex et Capex) par canaux de vente et analyser **la rentabilité des canaux de ventes**:
- **Définir et produire les reportings qui permettront de faire l'estimation fiable de**
**la performance commerciale**:
- Favoriser le développement de nouvelles perspectives de rapports ou de croisements de données en apportant aux directeurs des canaux un regard différent sur leur qualité et leur performance
- Automatiser les reporting opérationnels nécessaires au pilotage des différents canaux et s'assurer que les KPI soient respectés
- ** Centraliser les demandes d'analyse de performance des différents départements B2C** de façon à identifier et générer des insights de performance pour le business
- Agir comme **premier référent du département **dans le cadre de projets de **Business Intelligence (EIM)**:
- Assurer l'amélioration continue des outils et reportings via l'utilisation de nouveaux outils/technologies, automatisation et digitalisation de l'ensemble des analyses et l'intégration des systèmes.
**Profil****:
- **Formation supérieure universitaire de type Ingénieur commercial, Science économique**:
- Min **5-7 ans** d'expérience
- La maîtrise totale d'**Excel** est un must
- Compétence méthodologiques liées à **l'analyse de donnée, aux processus opérationnels**:
- Utilisateur de SAP, BI - Tableau, Intranet Ticketing Tool, JIRA, Bisnode, MS Office, S3, ETL, SQL
- Français langue maternelle, Anglais connaissance de base.
