Over the past two decades, the role of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria has transformed significantly. What was once viewed primarily as a compliance requirement has now become an integral element of corporate strategy. Implementing effective ESG programs and reporting is now crucial to driving business value and shaping a company’s strategic direction.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and managing ESG data to support our sustainability initiatives and reporting requirements. Your duties will encompass preparing and validating ESG data for both internal and external reporting, including but not limited to corporate carbon footprint assessments, investor communications, voluntary reporting and compliance with sustainability regulations. This position places you at the heart of our strategy to minimize our overall environmental impact, affirming our dedication to a sustainable future.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity:

- Data collection and management:

- Gather ESG-related data from various internal sources.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by performing data quality checks.
- Maintain and update ESG databases and systems.
- Data Analysis:

- Analyse ESG data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- ESG Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. GRESB, EcoVadis, SFDR, etc.).
- Research and Benchmarking:

- Conduct research on ESG trends, best practices, and emerging regulations.
- Benchmark company performance against industry peers and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Assist in responding to ESG-related inquiries from investors, customers, and other stakeholders

- You have a basic understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards
- You are structured and organized and have a great attention to details and accuracy
- You are eager to learn and develop skills in ESG analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English
- You are proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
