**Job Description**:
**Your mission?** ‍**
- Assist Tom - our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, interview questions, and other recruitment-related materials
- Attend job fairs, G Cloud networking events, and other recruiting events as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions to improve the recruitment process
- Be creative and develop new channels of communication and recruitment
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

**Qualifications**:
**Required to have? -**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English with a very good knowledge of French or Dutch
- Have a strong interest in IT and related new technologies (artificial intelligence, Big Data, Cloud)
- Be critical and continually seek to improve your work
- Be empathetic and enjoy meeting new people with different cultures every day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Google technologies and experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
