We are looking for a Brand & Content Manager to join our passionate internal marketing team at The House of Marketing

**Your challenge**:

- _Always-on lead and talent acquisition plan_
- You are in contact with our experts and human capital team to understand our offer and trends related to it
- You can imagine marketing tactics to attract, convert and nurture traffic on our website for business and talent leads for Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany
- With the help of our digital experts, you measure, track, understand the performance and optimize the conversion rate of different tactics - you adapt your tactics according to the results if needed.
- You manage your marketing budget to reach your lead goals
- You coach interns that help you create content for your tactics
- You update your business stakeholders on your performance and future plans regularly
- _Branding ownership:_
- You ensure the consistent use of our brand guidelines across all channels
- _Event management:_
- You coordinate content partnerships and the marketing actions that depend on it
- You coordinate potential sales events organized for your entity

**Your profile**:

- You have significant experience in a marketing role and are familiar with B2B lead acquisition
- You have a great business sense and are able to translate this into powerful content pieces
- You are always on the hunt for the newest trends in content marketing
- You are a real do-er with great project management skills - structured and getting things done
- You are a good communicator, proactive, and confident with strong stakeholder management skills
- You are organized, flexible, and eager to learn
- You speak Dutch or French fluently and have an excellent written level in English
